Modbus RTU and ASCII interface
The Modbus RTU and ASCII interface is integrated in the energy meter and protected against dirt and tampering. Modbus RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) transmits the data in binary form. Modbus ASCII transmits the data in ASCII code. The EMU Professional communicates via Modbus at 9,600, 19,200, 38,400, 57,600 and 115,200 baud.
